Mr Ford, how çan you allow raw sewage to be diverted to an area actively used by the Toronto residents, be they humans or animals. This area is prime training ground for dragon boats, among other sports. I know because I was on a dragon boat for many years. I bet you never even walked around the area, let alone entered the water.
Please use best practices set up by the city for managing raw sewage and allow beaches to fly the blue flag advertising safe swimming.
You want Toronto to be a world class city, well one of the way to achieve this designation is to ensure the water is safe and the city has more waterfront parks than spas.
