The interim combined sewer…

The interim combined sewer is not based on sound principles. The city of Toronto has spent and is spending considerable amounts of money to eliminate combined sewage outflows into Lake Ontario, and it is unconscionable for the province to simply bypass all of that for the benefit of a private, for-profit entity. This is not only a poor use of taxpayer money, it is disrespectful to the city and its residents, something that seems to be a pattern with this government. I object to this application -- find a better, more environmentally-rational way to do the work.
