Who is in charge of allowing this idiotic nonsense to be even considered for approval ? What government acting in best interests of citizens, would approve or even consider dumping sewage into Lake Ontario?
It defies any reasonable environmental consideration . Having said this I fully expect the project to go ahead and this consultation is only to comply with regulations. Likely approval has allready been given and this process is just a formality .
How does Toronto , with so much potential continue to act without regard to people’s best interests , usually in secrecy?
