Additionally, the inclusion of 564 market units fosters a balanced and inclusive community, while the Minister’s Zoning Order will enable the efficient and timely delivery of much-needed housing. Given Toronto’s pressing demand for high-density, transit-oriented development, this project represents a responsible and forward-thinking solution that supports the city’s growth and housing affordability goals.
