I am CEO of a local credit union (IC Savings) doing business in the west end of Toronto for the last 25 years. Additionally, I have lived in proximity to the proposed site for the last 40 years.
The site, being on a major TTC line as well as at the intersection of Hwy 400 and 401 is ideal for intensification particularly for its intended use.
The developer, Spotlight Development Inc. has an impeccable reputation and is known for being resourceful, innovative, and respectful of its neighbors and the environment.
The required ingredients for a successful much needed project couldn't be better and the need for affordable housing has never been greater.
I support this development fully.
