The traffic at Black Creek…

The traffic at Black Creek and Lawrence is unbearable for the residents who live here. Our proximity to the 400 and 401, makes our area a preferred short cut for 905ers commuting to subways or work. A 1500 unit project for is not reasonable. Given that 70% of these units will be affordable housing we are inviting the potential for the reality we have at Jane and Finch and Trethewey and Black Creek. This project will devalue our homes. There are multi million dollar homes in this area and mostly low density buildings. We do not want this project on our neighbourhood!
