Hi,
I'm completely against building in this area. There is a beautiful creek and golf course right beside the proposed building area that should not be ruined by two unneccesary structures.
Building here would ruin a great environment.
As stated this is a category 3 undertaking which means substantial impact to the surrounding environment. This is what I and others do not want.
"Category 3: water takings are anticipated to have the highest potential of causing unacceptable environmental impactor interference".

"UNACCEPTABLE environmental impacts"
How was this project approved?
I would really like an answer to this question.

And only to create 705 rental homes? That nobody will be able to afford? When you say "affordable housing" that is a complete joke!
You adevertise, 80% of Toronto's current average rent, and that's affordable?!
Average rent for a 1 bedroom is $2050, so these should be roughly $1640?
$1640 for a 1 bedroom is insane, especially if there are utilities to come with it.
$2000/month without even considering all of the other costs of living...food, daycare, gas, insurance, phone/internet bill, emergencies.

This is a terrible spot to build and you're going to ruin the wildlife area around it.
Please reconsider.
