I live in Prince Edward County and I worked on the White Pines Wind farm project. I support this renewable energy project and others. Decommisioning this project is the wrong thing to do for these reasons:
1. removing the structures will create a great deal of environmental damage
2. the cost to taxpayers will be enormous
3. not allowing this project to proceed ignores the very real problem of climate change
I hope that this government reconsiders its position on this project and allows it go forward for the sake of our children and their children.
