In this day and age it is inconceivable that we would ride roughshod over the interests of our indigenous neighbours. We cannot afford to bulldoze indigenous archaeological sites for short term gain. This will likely lead to actions such as protests that could actually delay development. If indigenous artefacts are found during developments it will attract negative publicity about Ontario.
