I am writing to formally raise concerns about ongoing and potentially unlawful sewage disposal activities by this company. It has come to my attention that sewage is being dumped directly onto their land, which poses serious health and environmental risks to nearby residents, including the potential contamination of soil and groundwater, as well as persistent odors and unsanitary conditions.

Particularly concerning is the fact that there has been no communication with all neighbouring property owners regarding any application or plans related to this waste disposal. Only one neighbouring property was informed or consulted, which is highly inappropriate for an issue that can significantly affect the surrounding community. We are dealing with foul odors, concerns about contamination of the soil and groundwater, and an overall decline in the quality of life in our home. These issues are particularly distressing when considering the potential health risks to our family, especially children or vulnerable individuals.

The psychological toll should not be underestimated either. Living next to what appears to be an active dumping site creates constant stress and anxiety about what might be happening just meters from our home. It is unacceptable to be left in the dark about actions that directly threaten our living conditions.

Furthermore, there is a history of waste being dumped directly along the property line in the past, which has already caused concern among neighbors and raised questions about the legality and safety of these practices. This pattern of behavior—combined with the lack of transparency—warrants immediate attention.

We respectfully request that this matter be investigated immediately by the appropriate environmental and public health authorities. We also ask that clear information be provided to affected neighbors, and that any illegal or unsafe activity be stopped and prevented moving forward before this application is approved.
