I'm writing both on behalf of clients, and as a licenced "Toxic Substance Reduction Planner". The repeal of this meaningless rent-seeking Act should not be delayed until 2021, it should be repealed NOW. Any remnant of this counter-productive, wasteful, misguided, intrusive, divesting Act and Regulations should be eliminated immediately, well in advance of June 1, 2019 NPRI reporting deadline. As the owner of a consulting business I am looking forward to my fees, and my clients resources, being better used for ANYTHING else, but especially anything else that will help them grow and become competitive in a global market.
