Dear Ministry of Mines,

I am writing to formally request:
1. Confirmation of the scope and nature of the approved exploration activities.
2. Whether any proposed activity will involve the use, alteration, or drainage of Opeepeesway Lake.
3. A copy or link to the approved Exploration Permit, including conditions, duration, and any future
stages anticipated.
4. Assurance that landowners and local stakeholders will be notified if further permitting or activity
(including water withdrawal, lake disturbance, or environmental changes) is proposed.

As a lakefront landowner, I have serious concerns about any activity that could alter the ecological
condition, water level, or recreational use of Opeepeesway Lake. This lake was the central reason
for purchasing and developing our property, and any disruption would be both environmentally and
personally damaging.
