Our property is a long established co-op residential apartment occupied primarily by low income seniors with limited resources. The financial impact of a potential clean up cost if required would be financially devastating.

Activity from our property would not have created the potential environmental problem and we should not be held accountable for the actions of others.

There are several large corporations in this including developers, gas company, and the City and Regional Municipality, among others.
