With regards to Pro's…

With regards to Pro's entering an agreement with Municipalities for collection for small businesses I am hoping this includes all non-eligible sources under the Institutional, Industrial and Commercial Properties. The Township of Faraday does not have many "small businesses" nor a large number of commercial properties in total however the separation of these materials, additional costs for separate bins and haulage will be excessive even given our our small volume of affected properties. Even if the current deduction in our compensation ( based on a percentage of the total number of our non-eligible properties) is what is proposed by the PRO's if we enter directly into an agreement with them, that would be a relief. As a small municipality we are grateful that this change in regulation is being considered and hope it extends to depot operations as well as curbside pickup's.
