Hello,
Please clarify the intent of Element 7g regarding verifying the currency of the risk assessment information within each calendar year. Please provide clarification that this is understood to mean if new risks appear they shall be identified and assessed by the defined risk assessment procedure within the calendar year rather than waiting for the 36 months review (Element 7h) which may be up to 35 months away.
Also, please consider Elements 7 and 8 be combined, so as to amend 7 'DO' to include Element 8 'PLAN' and 'DO'
