For the proposed energy…

For the proposed energy recovery - does this mean burning the ‘non recyclables’ for fuel? What does this do to the environment in terms of pollution? How do you make this safe? Also, in Hamilton they have got rid of the recycling program to a third party and saved the city millions in doing so and yet our property taxes have sky rocketed, how do you plan on keeping the cost to the tax payer and consumer down with this proposal? I am an avid recycler and have seen garbage trucks pick up both garbage and recycling and I wonder where exactly all my efforts are going!
