Mr. Ford, why do you continually put the interests of the business community ahead of the interests of the citizens of Ontario? We need to keep the businesses that use these containers and packaging to be responsible for the recycling of the materials. This will provide incentive for them to reduce their packaging and/or look for more environmentally-friendly packaging.
Stop burdening our environment by continuing to weaken our laws that were created over many years to protect our green spaces, agricultural land and our wildlife.
It is your responsibility to ensure that our province has clean air, water, and farmland for food production for generations to come. That can be your legacy.
