Since containment is being carried out already on New Street
across the road from Marando Court property, would than not
negate Marando from doing the same thing?
Why has the city done no containment or even testing directly behind
Marando Property along the bike path between Guelph Line and 2400 New Street?
Seems if the did this there would be double containment " walls " to stop any further
migration of chemical toward lake. Does the City have no duty? Instead put it on the
backs of the low income seniors of Marando Court? This seems far worse than simply unfair.
