I’m a resident of 2422 MARANDO COURT BUILDING.
Just want to make you aware that our building consists of low income seniors, disabled people and low income wages.

Also to make you aware that we are a non-profit co-operative building of approximately 75 years old.
We are a building that relies on monthly condo fees to maintain and pay the property taxes and it’s all we can afford since there is very little affordable housing in Burlington.

Our reserve fund is sufficient but will not cover any additional expenses such as testing and particular of reversing or stopping environmental damages.
We would not be able to pay a special assessment without causing any hardship to the residents.

We the residents of this building did not cause this environment damage but want to do what is essential to clean this up and see that our health is not impacted.

We also might need help in covering any cost that may accrue regarding this issue.
