Our cities and regions are filthy enough, increasing costs for private trucks to pick up recycling at NES is ludicrist. There is going to be an overflow of garbage/recycling when NES cant afford the increases. NES services are providing necessary services to our communities why do we need to jeopardize them and hand out higher costs. Enough is enough, hire more staff or get more trucks and continue to do the great job that is currently being serviced. One truck is working, no need for changes.
