Relaxing and deferring household waste diversion rate requirements should be considered a complete non-starter. Similarly, empty return should be expanded (at the very least to include plastic bottles) and deposit refunds increased. Rolling over for corporations making millions and billions in profit makes no sense. Try standing up for the electorate for once, not kowtowing to corporations and private developers.
