Following the Best Management Practices, what is the continuous impermeable containment which would hold 110% of the volume of the largest liquid containing unit, plus a 25 year, 24 hour rainfall event on the BESS site? As residents and farmers in North Glengarry Dunvegan, we have not been consulted of any mitigation strategies.
