Since North Glengarry BESS Inc. has connected to the HydroOne St.Isidore substation called the grid are both Companies responsible for any emergency events which may happen??
North Glengarry BESS Inc. (Compass) apparently has been given permission to engage in stormwater management and spill control activities by self-registering these works through the Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR).
Since North Glengarry BESS Inc. is seeking an Environmental Compliance Approval ( ECA ) does this mean that the approval from EASR has been revoked. ???

I contacted Hydro One on May 21, 2025 and they just responded to me on Sept. 9, 2025 saying that they cannot provide the details i am looking for since the dealings between the DER owner and HydroOne regarding the set back is confidential information of the DER owner.
Hydro One can only discuss the DER owner's project with anyone that is authorized by the DER owner. Without this authorization, irrespective of whether the project meets or does not meet Hydro One legal requirements they cannot disclose any details.

Would the setbacks be a concern with North Glengarry BESS Inc. (Compass) in obtaining an Environmental Compliance Approval ( ERO) ????
