This bill is terrible. What are you doing? This isn't how you fix the housing crisis in Ontario, you're just going to make it worse. And if you think Ontarians won't vote you out if you put this in, you're dreaming. We will vote you out since this will make more Ontarians homeless and cause an increase in crime as well as homelessness. This will also hurt the economy and landlords, not just tenants. Fund the Landlord And Tenants Board properly, you have underfunded it to justify this bill, but if you fund it properly, the issue of long wait times for the LTB won't exist. It only exists because you're underfunding the LTB. So fund the LTB properly and stop with the nonsensical bill 60.
