Bill 60 is a gross misuse of power and government overreach thar strips local authority of their evidence-backed, community supported input to improve said communities with beneficial infrastructure, in favor of futher promoting car-dependency. These poor attempts at preventing gridlock won't even work, as stated by this governments very own experts; The people we should be trusting, not blatantly dismissing. Bill 60 also threatens the other uses of road space that communities rely on, including transit priority, safe crossings, patios, curbside access, and school streets, that will do nothing but put the lives of people biking, walking, and driving, at greater risk.

I stand strongly opposed to Bill 60 in its current form.
