Kudos for simplifying the building process BUT - do NOT touch any plans already in place by the City of Toronto to improve our climate! Permeable pavements. Bicycles replacing cars whenever practical. Managing stormwater. We can smooth the approval process without damaging our climate - or really - what's the point?
