Live beside a number of Conservation areas administered by the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority and our property borders on and is part of a restricted area overseen by the LRCA. All are bordering Lake Superior in Shuniah,Ontario. We have zero connection with Lake Huron other than the fact that the water in my area ends up flowing through it. It is 1300 km from my home to the area you wish us to merge with. The only way this can work is if the local people who know our area continue to administer our area. Why would you want Southern Ontario people, with no connection to Lake Superior and its tributaries , to administer an area they have no contact with, no familiarity with and no local knowledge of? How does this make any sense?
