Not supportive of this proposal at all. I just almost lost my life due to some maniac driver who barreled into the oncoming lane at an intersection where I standing (in a high visibility vest and helmet, might I add) and this legislation is just going to slow down cycling projects and take away from the meager safety people biking are currently being offered.
You are fueling a province of terrible and entitled drivers - giving them overt permission to speed by banning ASE, and now this. Can you just. not.
Do not pass this legislation.
