I would like to let you know that I oppose Bill 60 with regards to cycling infrastructure.
Cities and communities should be able to decide where they install cycling infrastructure and bike lanes. NOT the province.
Huge overreach in powers and jurisdiction.
It will also impede safety of cyclists, and the plans of many communities to make a connected and safe cycling network.
We need to be building more active and alternate transportation. Not more space for vehicle users.
