This bill will increase homelessness and does nothing to fight the housing crisis. It is an attack on tenants at a time when we need more protections. Landlords are letting units sit empty to drive up costs. Regular Ontarians are being gouged at the grocery store, dealing with skyrocketing rental and home prices, declining job market, and this administration wants to help landlords squeeze us for the last pennies we have. This is a blatant attack on the public and should be scrapped entirely.
