Water is essential for life: if we need to pay increased cost for water and food, then we must pay for housing✅.

No more free accommodation. Free stay = not paying for water, utilities or anything! - who will pay for these tenants/ freeloaders???????

No protection for landlords = not enough rentals = homeless will increase: simple calculation tenants don’t understand😣. ✅
No payment = no housing : this is not homeowners responsibility to pay for strangers. ✅
No accountability = no responsibilities = No rent payment + damage house they stay. : Home owners will exit rental business , and there won’t be enough rentals to house people. ✅
Without bill 60, Professional tenants/freeloaders will keep abusing the system/damaging houses/ harassing landlords/ not paying rent… etc, and entire housing system will collapse. ✅
Without private landlords, govt will never be able to house people. - so bill 60 is the only solution now. ✅
