Please do not implement this proposal which seems to aim at drastically reducing or completely doing away with any greenery.
It would be absolute madness in view of climate change resulting in catastrophic flooding and above normal temperatures which are now becoming the norm.
We need more greenery and trees and permeable surfaces not less.
Cities re already heat islands that don’t cool down at night.
