Sadly, governing bodies only see as far as the next election. Our beautiful cities and towns are slowly being choked, and will ultimately be strangled, by too many cars and other vehicles. Why not mitigate this scenario by improving public transport and cycling infrastructure?
Bill 60 appears so be doing exactly the opposite.
Surely safer cycling infrastructure and more efficient public transport will help take cars off the roads and make our towns and cities more liveable.
