This makes zero sense. There is so much evidence that bike lanes save lives. Delays and gridlock are the result of construction or poorly designed intersections. Let cities decide on how to make their roads safer for cyclists and other non-drivers. This is not a provincial matter.
Stop forcing legislation that is not based on any facts, and hurts low income people to make profit for rich people, without allowing any time for debate. Ford is not a king.
