It’s a CLIMATE EMERGENCY ‼️your “ proposed changes are intended to keep people and goods moving by creating more capacity on roads for vehicles and drivers. Traffic and congestion are a major source of air pollution especially in urban areas.” AND this government WANTS MORE CAPACITY ON ROADS of the key form of pollution (exhaust & tire particulates), infrastructure damage thus more polluting resources used, increasing road violence by oversized SUVs, and the overreach into municipalities creating more gridlock instead of supporting & investing in ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
Environmental risks assessment is not important to this government as seen by the GREENBELT backroom deals and bull(y)dozing Ontario Place.
