Bill 60 is an escalation of Bill 212’s attack on evidence based decision making that would prohibit any municipality in Ontario from reducing motor vehicle lanes to build new bike lanes.
I'm strongly against such over reach by the ontario government. Traffic safety and efficient movement of all community members in toronto should not be aphazardly done as this bill is dictating. There has to be a planned approach and this bill would in bad faith eliminate the possitbilty of good planning
