I am strongly opposed to any measures—explicit or implicit—that would restrict municipalities from reallocating road space from vehicle lanes to cycling infrastructure. Municipalities must retain full authority to design streets that meet local transportation, safety, and environmental needs. Get out of city business and focus on healthcare.
