This act is a gross over-reach by the province. Let the Premier try to walk his grandchildren along the speedy streets that he wishes to create and he will be terrified.
Municipalities actually respond to their local citizens who are affected by such design. The province is NOT responsible or responsive to local matters and with this act, put people's lives on the line.
