Wolf Lake in the NE part of the province contains the world's last remaining stand of old growth red pine forest. It has also been a beloved canoe tripping route for over 50 years by camps and outfitters, and a historical First Nations canoe route along the Chiniguchi River system. It needs to be added as a protected area free of resource extraction.
