As a resident of ontario, this is very concerning. The conversation authorities do excellent work, are champions of conservation, and are able to provide the support we need at the local scale. Amalgamation in this case will not lead to efficiency improvement, but instead degradation of their services as a whole.
Something like the Walkerton E. coli outbreak cannot afford to happen again. Please do not do this.
