This seems like a fantastic plan. Oakville is in desperate need of more housing. Council has repeatedly tried to block this from happening. They complain about not wanting density, but also did not allow 4-as-of-right :(
High density near transit stations makes a ton of sense, and will hopefully allow greater transit options (walking/biking) for people to get around.
