I think this project completely ignores the true objective of affordable housing. Has there been a true assessment of that density in that small area and the impact on the whole community. Trafalgar and 403 area at 5pm is jammed for atleast an hour every weekday. Imaging added 11 towers and 6400 units built in that exact area!!!....i don't need a study to tell me that area would become a nightmare everyday, all day.
Please rethink this absurd plan to fit the area, not the pockets of the developers.
