I oppose the merging of CAs…

I oppose the merging of CAs about as strongly as one possibly could. Ontario, especially Southern Ontario, has such fragmented and and degraded ecosystems as it is, and I expected that this potential change to merge CAs would allow them to be destroyed more rapidly through reducing the specificity of protection within existing CA boundaries, that they are barely afforded in the first place.
