I believe this to be a proposal that would be highly damaging for the town of Oakville and its residents. The density is much too high, especially in an area that is already much too crowded. The Town of Oakville has spent years developng plans for the mid-town development that involve a considerable increase in housing for the area while respecting proper densitty. The Province should not be able to override a sensible plan for development through a disruptive and very ill-considered approach.
