Hi,
Traveling through this area on a daily basis to get to and from the GO Station I can tell you this area is already near capacity and the roads are already-congested. Adding 7000 people to the area will not help. Even making the area transit friendly doesn't mean no cars. I know a number of people living in transit friendly areas who still use a car. Not everything can be reached by transit in a timely manner. Kids need to get to school, those with mobility challenges can't wait for a bus.
I can say that living in Oakville the transit is good, but not Toronto level of good. Approving this will equal a lost seat by Stephen Crawford.
