Regarding changes to Harvest Approvals, it is advisable that the Sustainable Forest Licensee be promptly informed of any overlapping licensee on the SFL who is outstanding in payment of Crown charges and the amount of those charges. Timely access to this information will enhance the SFL company's understanding of fund flows into the renewal trust fund for example. I would recommend development of an automatic notification system to permit this flow of information directly to the SFL company when the situation arises.
