I heartily object to this plan. Oakville does not have the infrastructure to handle that many new citizens. The Oakville Go station is completely packed every working day. I like the plan proposed a few years ago for the refurbishment of Kerr and Speers. That plan seems to have a broader plan for the area than just housing. I don’t think those high rises will answer the housing needs of Oakville.
