I am a land owner with property along the Thames River. The LTVCA has a large area to oversee and does so most capably.
To amalgamate the conservation areas in the proposed manner that Bill 68 sets out is not a cost saving, does not provide the care and knowledge that individual conservation authorities provide and is a step backward.
Bigger is not better.
Bill 68 is a ludicrous idea in that such a huge area could be capably managed in any way measuring up to the arrangement of conservation areas now in place in place and the work they do.
