I wholeheartedly agree with the HCA's stance on the issue of not creating provincial agencies to overlook environmental areas of which they have no formal knowledge.
We are tired of being forced to endure policies that make no sense, and only serve to undermine the wonderful work being done by HCA and similar groups.
Leave the Environment
to the experts, not to agencies that have zero interest other than their own self interests. Start asking constituents their opinions, and what the general public would like to see. We are simply not interested in more agencies that will not be of value to the HCA or other Environmental groups.
