This would be a terrible idea for my local conservation authority. Each area is biodiversity and unique. We need to treat them uniquely. By making it so large my local area will not get the support it needs and any decision will be slowed down by red tape or people who do not understand the needs of our area. This would be extremely detrimental!!!
